"Fantastic hotel. Beautiful room facing the Dolomites. Wonderful service by friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner is unbelievable, numerous options and delicious. The pools and sauna are the best I have experienced. Everything is luxurious and well appointed "

"Fue un hotel muy lindo , en un sitio excelente pues su salida es directamente a la Plaza a través de una terraza con mesas donde puedes sentarte a comer o tomar un trago mientras contemplas las montañas"
"Built in the 1500’s this place has been modernized for comfort. Beautiful remote area. Wonderful staff running the place. Great views! Quaint little bar on the first floor that offers cocktails and meats and cheeses. Very comfortable large king room. There is a library where one can relax and read or play games.Breakfast was very European with eggs cooked to order. Keep in mind there are stairs and no lift to keep the history alive. This place will forever be imbedded in my heart."
"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean.
We will be back! "

"We have an incredible stay in Brixen, this hotel is very central and great to explore Brixen and the surrounding areas. The hotel had a lot of facilities to keep you entertained. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. "
"I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining.
This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just checking in, I asked for 2 more days of staying, leaving the 3rd of December versus 1st of December. It was confirmed by the reception. But on the 1st of December, it appeared as not submitted and I was locked out. So, I had to extend the stay on the 1st, but after a while I got it at a completely different price (higher) and no excuses.
And breakfast has old breads, hard breads versus our experience was to get fresh bread from the day: soft and even warm.
After 30 years always using this hotel, I'm evaluating other options for my next trip in Spring'24. We were feeling like at home during 29 years, but this time it was different."
