The hotel is conveniently positioned across the railway station, the room was clean, very spațios, with large windows on two sides. Bathroom was very nice, with a very large shower cabin and modern appliances. Breakfast was excellent and we had a bottle of shampain after check-in. Parking is o site, but it costs extra. The hotel is very clean inside as well as outside spaces. The personnel is nice and ready to give you all the information you need if you visit Venice.
However, when we arrived, the room had a very heavy mold smell and the AC was not working. We complained about it, the housekeeping sprayed some deodorant, but the smell came back the next day (we had to keep the windows opened most of the time to get rid of the smell). The AC was never fixed (I guess they keep it off to save some money). There was no coffee/tea maker in the room (would be nice to have). All the lights and appliances have electronic controls, but they are schetcy (have to push the buttons multiple times until they take the command) and the control panels are placed in some odd positions not easy to reach. No shampoo provided (no big deal, we had ours), just a Dove hand cream in the shower (good quality though).
If you visit Venice, this is the best place to stay.
