Check in was easy and quick and the location is a short walk from the train station. The area was so quiet and had much more of a local feel. The apartment was perfect! Clean, well equipped, and spacious. The staff helped to arrange transportation both to the train station and to the airport, which was very convenient. Apartment is located in a quiet area. I would recommend booking with Views on Venice!! Our contacts with the office prior to the trip, the greeter that met us, and Valentina, who explained the kitchen electricity over the phone were great. Nous avons apprécié la décoration soignée, le confort, et l'équipement très complet. Le quartier est très calme, les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Vaporetto à 2 minutes. Cependant, l'immeuble récemment rénové mériterait une entrée un peu plus accueillante, en effet, tous les jours nous avons constaté que le stockage des poubelles se faisaient dans l'entrée de l'immeuble, ce qui est fort désagréable. Nous remercions l'équipe du gestionnaire d'avoir mandaté un technicien le jour même de notre appel pour un problème de bruit de vibrations du moteur de la climatisation générale de l'immeuble qui se ressentait dans la chambre principale et la salle de bain.
