  • Park your boat where you sleep during your stay! Ice machine on the premises! This Houseboat features a roomy open living room and Kitchen plan with high ceilings and a cozy porch for relaxing, dining and drinking against a lovely cypress backdrop. Sleeps 7! All of the beds are Full-Size, baby soft, and the 7th bed is in the Loft. Enjoy the Marina Madness and come back to the neat, clean Cypress Cove for some essential R&R!

Back deck was great with a beautiful view as seen in the picture. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pans, cutting boards ,knives, tongs, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Very nice gas grill on the back deck for grilling. Cooked great. Beds comfortable and big ice machine to fill fish coolers for trip home.

Fishing Trip

Great stay for fishing out of Venice. Inshore Capt. picked us up right off the back deck. Nice quiet area on a dead-end road very little traffic. Kitchen and living room were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Great back porch for socializing after a day of fishing. The ice machine was an added bonus.
