The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Venetian house and was completely renovated in 2013. It has independent heating, air conditioning, and fully functional Wi-Fi.
It comprises a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room and one bedroom overlook a characteristic Venetian courtyard with a waterfront, while the other bedroom overlooks a narrow street. All rooms are very bright: there are a total of nine windows in the apartment.
The living room is spacious, with exposed beams and a kitchenette. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. Of the two bathrooms, the first has a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer, while the second has a sink, toilet, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and more.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The apartment is located in the Castello district, near the Church of San Francesco della Vigna. It's a quiet area with a typical Venetian atmosphere, far from the crowds of mass tourism. Nearby are two supermarkets and small, quaint shops of all kinds: grocers, butchers, greengrocers, tobacconists, wine shops, and more.
The location is particularly convenient for exploring the city: Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge, the Arsenale, and the Biennale are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The airport is directly connected by the Alilaguna ferry service, which arrives at the Fondamente Nuove stop, where Giovanni will meet you and take you to the apartment, about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest ACTV urban transport stop is just a few steps away. From here, you can easily reach the Piazzale Roma car terminal, the train station, and the islands of the Venetian lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello, and the Lido).
