"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. We absolutely loved our stay in Verona! They have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, functional, and cozy. It’s centrally located, they offer many suggestions for food/activities, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful - so clean and much larger than expected. We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.

This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside).
