It did take a third room to get settled since the other two rooms were unsuitable (noise and missing refrigerator). The location is great for walking to restaurants and cafes. Paid parking is available in garage one block away.

I would not recommend this hotel if you’re driving yourself and don’t speak French. The navigation and directions were the most confusing I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, they operate under the same name at multiple locations, one of which appears shuttered, and a satellite bed-and-breakfast just around the corner. You wouldn’t know any of this in advance, and when I called the front desk for help while standing at the wrong location, the staff showed zero interest in assisting me. They refused to do anything beyond repeating the address I already had, which still left me unable to find the place. Nantes itself is already difficult to get in and out of by car; this experience made it significantly worse. I am genuinely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service and willingness to help a guest who was clearly lost. Other than that, the accommodations were lovely, the room was nicely appointed with a small balcony. Still, given the way we were treated, I will never return.
