"Staff was kind and very attentive. Unfortunately the room and overall hotel has aged and is in need of updating. I was only staying for one night in order to catch a flight. I would not want to stay more than 1 night. "

"The cafe and red on site were very good and the pool area was a great place to relax after a day exploring Lisbon. Some communal areas in the hotel were not always clean, but the room."

"Breakfast buffet was just ok. In fact all the meals were just ok with the exception of the pizza which was terrible. Front desk people were very helpful with my questions. The hotel is not located anywhere you would want to walk or explore so you had to use Uber ($$) to get anywhere. And the trains were sooo noisy, 24-7, earplugs only mildly tempered the loud train noises that sounded like a sonic boom."

"8th floor room was quiet, and clean. AC didn’t work very well so it was a bit stuffy. Staff were all great. Shuttle service to/from the airport was quick."

"This place was perfect right in the hub of the downtown of Lisbon, has a good amount of shared washrooms. Was never waiting, and every time was nice and clean, just a bit smelly but what can you do lol. Rooms were also clean with a small balcony which is always a nice bonus, we stayed on the town square side, and was a beautiful view! Breakfast was delicious everything I needed and more, simple but perfect has everything you could ask for not to mention it was included which is amazing. Only stayed the one night but was everything me and my partner needed, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly, gave us recommendations for places to eat, and when checking out let us keep are bags behind the desk so we could continue exploring without the hassle of lugging around are packs. Thank you again!"
