"Where to start!? First contact with the staff - those tasked with making our stay a good & memorable one - turned out to be representative of our entire 2-night stay: Friendly, warm, helpful and possessing the wonderful Newfoundland sense of humour! It was almost as if we were family - in a good way :-) They were a vital part of the 'team' that enabled us to enjoy the freshest snow crabs you could ever ask for! It is a memory we will carry with us when we think of Harbour Grace. The ownership - Even after we had left and had left something behind, they found a way to get it to us while we were still in Newfoundland. Extraordinary service. The place - 'good for the soul'. A property that allowed for privacy if you just sought peace and quiet. A layout that made it easy for quiet conversation if that was a preference. Nature around the Inn with the water and ocean itself literally just steps away."
