It is peaceful, secluded, and a highly desirable layout that affords you privacy and comfort. Every space is COMPLETELY PRIVATE! With its own PRIVATE entrance, PRIVATE bedroom, PRIVATE living room, PRIVATE bathroom, other PRIVATE spaces, and even a PRIVATE washer and dryer, you are able to relax and unwind without interruption, interference or disturbance. Our property is located in a highly desirable, very quiet and extremely safe neighbourhood that is walking distance and very close to countless amenities! We are perfect for guests who want a home away from home vs hotel type of stay with limited amenities. We are perfect for guests who prefer home-style meals and for guests who like to dine-in. You have spaces to store and prepare any types of food. EVERYTHING you’ll need to feel at home will be available for your stay!

We are the Hawaii of North America and are located in a highly desirable, extremely central location in a walking distance to all major amenities including the Royal Jubilee Hospital, UVic, Camosun College, Hillside Mall and St. Michael’s University School!
Using the lockbox beside the door will allow you to self-check-in and check-out.

Your bedroom has a full size closet and brand new queen-sized plush mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Pillow-top--medium firmness) with organic, cotton sheets. Our guests repeatedly say the bed is one of the most comfortable they have ever experienced in any VRBO!
There are lots of oversized windows and all windows have window screens and blinds.
Your living and bedroom floors are beautiful and bright, wide-plank, white and grey laminate.
Your living room furniture now includes swivel chairs with foot rests for each chair. There are adjustable height island chairs in that are 100% genuine leather.
We value respect and cleanliness and will ensure the suite is extremely clean for you!
The property is not on a main road and is within walking distance to countless different amenities that truly separate us from other locations. We are a 45 second to one-and-a- half minute walk to multiple major bus routes including the 4, 8, 14, 22, 27, 28, a 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s University School and liquor store, 3 minute drive or bus to the University of Victoria, 3 minute walk to Camosun College, 2 minute drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 4 minute walk to Hillside Mall (Walmart, Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, many fast-food restaurants, shopping stores, pubs, restaurants, banks, medical clinics and many other amenities), walking distance to Mt. Tolmie, Oak Bay, and Fairfield, and only 5-7 minutes from the downtown core to enjoy the beautiful inner harbor, Parliament Buildings, iconic Empress Hotel, and fine dining/sightseeing options.
