From the living room, you can already see the ski lift turning and can't wait to strap on the long boards. Right next to the ski school's practice area is this luxurious and attractively furnished holiday apartment. Warmth and hominess radiate from this apartment, making it a wonderful place to spend a well-deserved holiday with your family. An extra luxury are the two bathrooms and two balconies where you can sit outside, especially in summer
In 2019/2020, a new 10-person gondola lift was built, which is located directly next to this house. You can step into this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to make the crossing to Zell am See-Kaprun, defying Schmittenhöhe. If you go skiing for a day in the Saalbach area, the downhill run is also located right next to the house. The lifts in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area can be easily reached with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you have two beautiful and large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a little bit, so it's almost a ski-in, ski-out location!
But it's also a good place to be in other seasons. The famous places Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm are only a few minutes away. On a hot summer day, you can take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See. And don't forget to bring your hiking boots to go on beautiful hikes in the unspoilt nature and mountain world around Viehhofen
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
