“We stayed in a cuádruple. Great location and fun pool amenities, but you have to walk outside to reach the pool and game room. They are making some improvements. The pictures are a little confusing- some rooms have a kitchenette and some have nothing. It’s best to double check. We thought we were booking a different room. ”

“Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔”

“Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top. Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order. Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing. I would return to/recommend this property.”

El inconveniente es que no hay una tienda cerca, no cambian dolares y detalles como que no sirvió el control remoto y no había otro de repuesto, pero esas cosas pasan desapercibidas con el trato del personal, nos dieron la habitación antes y eso se agradece ya que veníamos muy cansados del vuelo y nos consiguieron un par de medias lunas en el desayuno aunque ya no había, esas cosas hacen que nuestra estancia……
