Staff needs training in customer service. They don’t know how to resolve an issue to keep the customers happy. Laundry service very expensive and not good it costs almost as one night room charge for a pair of pants and two shirts. Service at breakfast not mind full to keep the buffet updated .

The design, the comfort, the Service, and the feel of the Hotel is top class.
The restaurant for dinner and breakfast served the most delicious food.

Great hotel in the middle of the city. The bathrooms are a bit outdated. We had an issue with the hot water, but front desk were able to resolve the issue very promptly. The hotel is missing bar and possibly drinks by the pool. Otherwise highly recommended!
