“No night staff or security. At midnight two drunk customers were playing the stereo at very loud volume. No front desk staff. Calling the front desk resulted in being transferred to reservations. I finally went out and talked to the patron. Luckily he wasn’t a mean drunk. Also no coffee makers in the room. I can’t recommend this hotel.”

“Bathroom was disgusting. Check in girl was rude. When I showed the worker that there were black chunks in both glasses of apple juice that my wife and kid were drinking just got a blank stare. Could have at least apologized that we just drank black mold due to them being lazy and not cleaning. Overall our experience was awful considering the room was $180 a night. Do not stay there”

“Barhroom and the room needed updating and work done. Trim and wood was very worn/weathered, couldn’t find channels on TV Roku, pictures on internet looked better than actual place, bedding was old and had stains, bed was comfortable, pool was closed, staff were helpful. Whole really does need a remodel. For $150 I was expecting a little bit nicer place. It worked ok since we just needed a place to sleep.”

“The Little Loon was a comfortable home to relax in. It was clean, quiet, and helped to make our trip to Alexandria a perfect getaway trip.”

“The house was perfect for our Easter getaway! Communication with the host and property manager was great. When we accidentally locked an interior door and didn't have a key, the property manager was there within 15 minutes to get the door open. Our crew had a load of fun with the arcade games too!”

“The house was well supplied with household items, so you only need to bring clothing and food to make meals. Good location near Alexandria with many stores and restaurants. Only glitch was knowing specific time when full trash and recycling containers needed to be on the street for collection because published documents were wrong. We would have correct document stating day and time containers needed to be on the street. The collection trucks were coming down the street when we got the……
