“I paid Expedia in advance and had a receipt. On arrival I was told the booking was not paid in advance despite me showing them my receipt they insisted that I must pay them …. Again. They spent ages consulting paper file and then charged me to a credit card on file. Upon checking I do not recognise the card number. This took over 20 minutes at check in. Very poor given I had proof of payment. I have no idea if I’ve been charged twice. ”

I liked the location and there was Ubahn near it and so pretty to walk around(i think its in the middle of city if am not wrong).It was not busy which i liked but be prepaired for the stairs specially with suitcase😮💨.My room was not as the showen picture but again it was 1night so ja.”

“Check-in experience was not promising. No reception after 13:30 on Saturday. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Air - circulation was bad especially the single bedroom with no windows.
