“This place could be quite good with a little work. First impressions were not good. Walking through the property gates it seems like it has been abandoned, with weeds growing head height and no one around. We eventually managed to find reception, however there was no one there. After waiting 30mins I called the phone number on Expedia and managed to contact the manager who directed us to some key boxes. The room itself was clean, spacious and modern with a good ensuite. “I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
