"Now this is a dog friendly hotel. Hotel very busy on checking in but receptionist, who was also looking after the bar at the time, was very helpful. Told us to take a seat and he would serve us a drink when he could, bus load arrived so we went to our room, the receptionist rang to apologise. Great service in bar, dogs welcome in bar area and outside patio. Also a restaurant attached to the hotel dog friendly too and food was very good Staff were all very helpful and polite would highly recommend "

"The address given is not accurate and it took us ages to find, we had to hope that the host read the messages, he then gave us the address. This is listed as an English speaking host which is not accurate. We struggled to communicate. The place is advertised with a pool but this was out of bounds due to the drought, we understand this but we should have known before arrival. We had no hot water at all during our stay and we could not contact the host despite messaging and ringing the door bell. The place itself was lovely but to have no hot water was unacceptable. If these issues had not arisen we would have enjoyed our stay."
