Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Cau Ong Lanh5 nights3.0 star property9.8/10 - Exceptional (165 reviews)"My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception..."Reviewed September 29, 2025Roundtrip • Manila (MNL) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)MNL - SGN • Nonstop SGN - MNL • Nonstop$2,052$657found 2 hours agoper traveler - ZENITY Skyline Residences Suite

Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. Vinh Cuu Hotel Deals
"The room that we got was much less spacious than what was advertised, there was very little space but the room was nice and clean. The soundproofing is not good and there were very loud guests. Was looking forward to the pool as it said there was a poolside bar but that was not open and the loud guests were also at the pool. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was pretty limited. Overall it was okay, the staff were nice."
"Staff was friendly, breakfast was great"
"Staff very friendly helpful"
"The bedding sheets are super clean, shower and toilet are also very clean"
