This modern apartment on the island of Vir is located only about 150 metres from the pebble beach and 200 metres from the sandy beach, offering ideal conditions for families or couples looking to spend a relaxing holiday in Northern Dalmatia.   
  
The 40 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to five people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-plate cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cookware and dishes for up to six people. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodation. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, heating is not available.   
  
The 20 m² south-west terrace is partially covered and offers lounge furniture, sun loungers, an awning, a dining table for six people, and direct access to the garden and courtyard.   
  
The property features a garden, a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, as well as courtyard and garden use. The communal washing machine is available for a fee. A parking space is directly available at the property.   
  
Restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, the airport is approximately 35 km away. In the surrounding area, guests can engage in water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, jet skiing and bicycle tours.
