Stay was amazing and welcoming

Watchman Villas was easily one of the best stays of our trip. We stayed at The Pinyon as a group of two families, and the setup was perfect for us. The villa had two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, which made it extremely convenient and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils, which made it easy to manage meals. One of the biggest perks was the free laundry—such a bonus after long days of hiking. The location is excellent, with a shuttle stop, coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Views from the villa were spectacular. We were able to leave our car at the villa and reach the Zion Visitor Center via shuttle in under 10 minutes. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially when traveling with family or a group.

Such a unique place to stay near Zion! Very cozy with all the comforts of home. Beautiful view and a nice, outdoor gas fire pit to warm up with when the evening cools down. Great experience overall.

I love this place! We have stayed here a couple times now with our 3 kids and they love it there! I only have a 4/5 on cleanliness because there was a lingering smell in our suite that I had to spray some body spray whenever we walked in! The pool is beautiful but there’s a lot more older people that did not like the sound of kids playing. One lady yelled out “inside voices” while they were jumping, so that’s stressful as a parent. We wanted them to have fun but had to keep telling them to quiet down for all the older people trying to relax. As a whole I would definitely come back because the staff is amazing and friendly, the suites are reasonably priced for our family of 5 with enough room and you have easy access to all the other towns around the area like duck creek or panguich,for example! Definitely a family friendly hotel but just know there’s a lot more older people than families this time of year, just that I’ve noticed the last couple times I’ve come.

The two cottages we stayed at this property were the best we have rented. Everything in the unit was perfect: artistic, good quality and thoughtful. Communication with the team was promptly responded to and they were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Zion again. Thank you so much!
