Pool was great. Breakfast was supposed to start at 0600. At 0645 they said the breakfast lady had just come in and it would be about 20 minutes. We did not wait, we hit the road.

Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was a nice variety. The hotel was insanely humid in the halls and the room smelled musty. The beds were comfortable. Very disappointed that the pool opens at 9am and they chose that time to clean the pool deck so we couldnt swim before checkout.

Our room was perfectly clean. Check in was seamless, friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful, many choices. Staff assured cleanliness and made sure items were replenished.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was cleaned every day. Pool and sauna were top notch cleaned and test every morning and not opened until everything was correct. Hot tub out of service but was told new owner was working on getting it up and running. Rooms very nice but could use new mattress. Breakfast was very good staff kept everything stocked. Property close to restaurants and shopping. We look forward to staying again

Room was clean. Hot tug does not work and has not for years. Staff is told to tell people they are going to get it fixed. Rooms open up to pool area, which make the room smell like chloride. You also get a lot of noise from the pool area. We paid for 2 days but left a day early.

Stay was fine, but the room was listed as two queen beds. Our beds were not queen sized. Led to a crammed night sleeping. Pool was nice. Would have been great for the hot tub to be working, or the sauna to get hot. I'd probably stay there again if I'm solo, but the bed situation doesn't work well for two, and I was really disappointed that the listing was wrong and misleading.

Room was clean and spacious even with 4 people. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff was attentive. Big shout out to Jackie who took care of the breakfast and dining room. She very friendly and was a welcome each day. Dispite the age of the building and the hot tub out of service our overall experience was good.

Dry nice hotel. Huge room. Very clean. Kind of a pain getting to the room with luggage due to the main elevator being out of service.
