“Luxury apartment with 24 hours reception and house keeping. Only 5 minutes walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Adjacent to the museums. My room is on M/F which does not have any view, but is still bright and vey quiet. There are washing machine with drying function and dish washer. However, it will be nice if the tea bags can be refilled and body wash can be provided.”

“The flat was spacious and comfortable. You didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. There were tons of options for dining. There were some things missing like hot pads and dish cloths, apart rom that it was great.”

“We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3.
We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek.
The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year. ”
