“The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.”

“I liked the place and its location, walking distance to Pimlico station. It was very clean and easy to access.”

“Clean room. Big bed. There was no elevator but still nice. Updated bathroom. No air conditioner but there was one installed into our unit”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“The communication with the team pre booking and after booking was terrible. I was told on the phone BEFORE booking that the double bed in the large room referred to a 180cm bed. So happy with this info I booked a non refundable room. But only after booking and checking on the NUMA app after paying and filling all the info requires did it say on the room description that the bed was 140cm. I Contacted the team again to verify and this time I was told all the rooms in the large room category are……

“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”
