Room 118 was ridiculously small for three people. Almost no room to walk even when suitcases were closed up. Also, shower is very dangerous. Floor should have some texture to reduce chance of falling.

Lovely, clean hotel. Room was small but lovely. Wonderful breakfast buffet and the location right next to the Gloucester Street station and close to Kensington Gardens and the museums was wonderful. Would stay there again!

The perfect location. About 30 seconds from the Gloucester Road underground stop. Across the street from a Tesco Express and two minutes from Waitriose. My room was clean. My only interactions with the staff were check-in and check-out, and all went smoothly.

This is a charming hotel and super convenient because it's right across the "tube" / train station and near many restaurants, cafes, & shops. The area is very safe to just walk around and explore and seemed full of tourists.

We are put up in a 1person room, we have to climb over each other to get in and out of bed [ wall on on side] never had a room as big as a closed for the price we paid. I can not believe the Hotel would put 2 adults in a position such as we experienced. Breakfast was great however.
