We had a defective light in our bathroom that kept going on all by itself every 30 minutes to an hour all night (it had a flashing red light on it showing it was out of order). I finally went down after hours of being awakened by it and they had to shut off the power to the bathroom to stop it from happening. They said they were going to adjust our room charge since it was impossible to get sleep under the circumstances, but they didn't. I never saw an adjustment. They said it would be something they had to take time to do because I booked on Expedia, but they never followed through.
The breakfast bar was depressing and it was apparently not possible to find a single person who could answer a question about allergens, as well. We had to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. Would not stay here again.
