Ideally located in central Amsterdam. Close to Metro station, shops and restaurants. Rooms are adequate with basic en-suite. Breakfast is very good with plenty choice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was one staff member, Allan, who went above and beyond for us. He helped get with getting museum tickets online, cheerfully gave us directions for food and drink, arranged for taxis to pick us up to get to our cruise etc.
The free drinks and snacks at happy hour were a nice surprise.
