The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 700 m from the beach, and impresses with a friendly atmosphere and good facilities for a relaxed holiday on the Dalmatian coast. On 32 m², you can expect a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a living and dining area with a kitchenette, dining table, SAT TV and air conditioning. In the living room, a sofa bed and a sleeping armchair are available as additional sleeping options. The kitchen is functionally equipped and offers a refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as cooking and dining utensils. From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy sunny hours outdoors. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome here (for an additional charge). A private parking space directly at the house is also available. The guests of the house have access to a well-maintained garden with seating areas and a traditional Dalmatian grill house (Komin) - perfect for shared evenings outdoors. The centre of Vodice is only about 1 km away, while restaurants and shopping opportunities are already accessible after around 100 m. The location is ideal for beach holidaymakers and active holidaymakers alike. In addition to classic beach activities such as swimming, pedal boating or jet skiing, there are numerous opportunities for cycling, boating or excursions to the nearby national parks Krka and Kornati.
