With two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open living area with kitchen and sofa bed, the accommodation is ideal for families or small groups. The apartment is modern equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove, filter coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils. The bedrooms each have double beds and complete blackout. The 8 m² covered terrace facing south is furnished, has a parasol and provides direct access to the garden. The courtyard can be used for barbecue evenings. A private parking space is available directly at the house. The location is calm and green, while restaurants, supermarkets and the centre of Vodice can be reached within a few minutes. The sea is approximately 300 metres away, with fine gravel beaches, rocky sections and concreted plateaus. The environment invites you to water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, cycling, bocce and walks. Day trips to the Krka, Kornati or Paklenica National Parks as well as cultural visits to Zadar are easily possible. The apartment offers a comfortable starting point for a relaxing and active holiday in Northern Dalmatia, ideal for families and groups who appreciate proximity to the beach, tranquillity, and diverse leisure opportunities.
