"Very strange property with no front desk and complicated check in. Thankfully someone was on site to help but very difficult to find. Once settled in it was ok. Area not great but convenient for Tempelhof"

"We didn't have breakfast there. So I can not say anything about it.
The motel is well located, I mean for the price it's good. We mainly choose it since we had an event in the area.
It was clean, but it didn't have a frigobar (I bought cheese so I had to eat it 😅)
But it was clean, something I really appreciate it. Clean towels, shampoo, and soap. Also a smart TV that we appreciated after a cold day hehe.
The common areas were nice. We only used them when we went out to plan our day.
Also, we arrived at 16 or something and you have to self check in in a machine which is outside. It was quick.
Comfortable pillows and bed. "

10/10 Excellent
"The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, very quiet, and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite on the sixth floor facing the inner courtyard, and it was a peaceful retreat.
However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t respond to several emails asking for guidance on the best way to reach the property from BER Airport. After a long journey, the self-service check-in system also felt frustrating to use; at that point, I would have preferred assistance from a staff member, especially when you’re tired and can’t find your reading glasses.
We also hoped to use the sauna, but it was switched off. A staff member informed us that guests need to request this in advance so it can be turned on, which isn’t something I’ve encountered before—I normally expect to use such facilities at my own convenience.
On the positive side, the location is fantastic, with the U2 station nearby offering easy access to many major attractions. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Berlin, Berlin."
"This hotel is perfectly located and so beautiful.
Staff was friendly, room was spotless and the river view was amazing.
I would stay here next time I come to Berlin."
"Have stayed at Park Inn 3 times and always had a great stay.
Easy to walk to a lot of attractions and the U bahn and S bahn are readily accessible when needed."
"Excellent customer service. I requested a quiet room and the room they gave me was perfect. The rooms are clean and modern and beds really comfortable. Breakfasts are tasty and good value too. "
