“I Hotels.com beskrivs lägenheten med tvättmaskin. Vi kände oss lurade när det framgick att det kostade pengar och att maskinerna var i ett rum bakom receptionen.
Det fanns ingen lampa eller fläkt ovanför spisen, vilket begränsade matlagningsmöjligheterna rejält.

“I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt.……

“The hotel was good and room large. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it. The safe in the room didn’t work, and I reported it, and was told the technician would repair it- but never did. The room was too hot and the heating couldn’t be turned down. It had air conditioning but they did not give the controls out as it was winter. They said open the windows, which was fine, but the room faced a busy street so it was loud, and not possible when I wanted to sleep”
