"Toilet sink - can’t drain away water, ventilator doesn’t seem to be working Room make-up is missed on 1st day - yes, unbelievable - not to mention we are staying in a suite for 3 consecutive nights After complaining to reception - next morning cleaning lady banged on the door at 8:30am - non-stop for 5 mins - even when we hv “Do Not Disturb” sign put up outside our door…. Literally the worst IHG hotel we hv ever stayed in - won’t recommend"
