I arrived only to find my confirmed room reservation had been given away due to double booking. This is horrible and now there is a charge from the hotel for a cancellation fee that I didn't request. Can youi help me?

Roaches everywhere all night, bed uncomfortable, pillows were terrible. No amenities at all. Night staff was extremely rude. No Bible in the nightstand. Had to ask for a back up roll of toilet paper, since the one on the roll was only 1/2 a roll. Neighbors were loud. No extra pillows or blankets. We will NEVER stay there again. Rather spend 3x more at the Red Roof Inn next door.

The hotel was adequate for an overnight. On the plus side the location was convenient and the price was excellent. On the down side there was quite a bit of noise; the area outside the room was not well kept, and there was no coffee (either in the room or the lobby).
