The open-concept floor plan is perfect for gathering while cooking, eating, and hanging out. The living room and primary bedroom have 75” TVs, and the cozy guest bedrooms have 65” TVs for your peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Centrally located in close proximity of:
Magnolia market 0.7 miles, Baylor University 1.1 miles, the historic Waco Suspension Bridge 1.7 miles, Cameron Park Zoo 2.1 miles, and Waco Surf 9.4 miles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make wonderful meals (Joanna Gaines cookbook is provided!). The living room has a 75” smart tv, books and games, and big comfy couches for relaxing. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a 75” smart tv.
