"I thought I reviewed this once already so this one will be quick, there is NO WASHER/DRYER, I missed that detail, stairs are steep, upstairs was cold, super basic, one roll of one ply toilet paper in each bathroom, minimal furnishings, good communication from owner, served our needs as we were barely there (gone all day and only came back to sleep), post cards on wall throughout house with instructions."

I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a getaway or doing the Bike trail and need a place to stay. Sure beats the local hotels. "Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night and had a great time. Clean, modern, and met all of our needs. Our stay was rather short notice but Jordan was quick with his responses and easy to work with. We parked at the bungalow and walked to downtown Carrollton where we had dinner at Shuckers and drinks at Local Ties. We ended our evening relaxing by the firepit out back. Super convenient and cozy little spot. Would definitely stay here again."

I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great."

Unexpectedly, the rental was for renting "only" 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house and with the owner still in the house. We weren't sure if this was going to work out, because we are use to having the house rental to ourselves. But since we were planning to be out of the house majority of the day and just need a place to sleep, we would give it a try. However, this living situation...

There were no check out instructions given. I never got a response from host as to how to leave the house at the end of our stay."

"The Nautical Retreat in Carrollton, GA is the perfect home away from home. Located in an established neighborhood, on the lake, this rental meets all the needs any traveler might have. In close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping outlets, the Nautical Retreat serves as a tranquil base. This particular trip was for work. The Nautical Retreat was a terrific refuge after a long day at work. Highly recommend!"
