On the raised ground floor, the spacious lounge is really impressive, with works of art, a pebble-effect electric fire and a Smart TV. There’s also a cosy snug where you can spend some quiet time. The kitchen/diner is another huge space, with all the appliances you’ll need for cooking up delicious Cornish produce, to be enjoyed at the eight-seater dining table. You’ll find all three bedrooms, as well as the family shower room, on the first floor. These rooms have some sloping ceilings that are low in places. There are two gorgeous double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room), and a pretty twin. For fresh sea air, the main bedroom has doors to a balcony with seating for two, while the terrace at the front of the house (accessed from both the lounge and the kitchen/diner) includes a table, chairs and parasol for sociable evenings outdoors. Both areas have gorgeous views. There’s private parking at this property for two cars.
Head to Padstow for a selection of fabulous places to eat and some intriguing shops. From here you can also hire a bike and cycle the Camel Trail, which takes you 5 miles to Wadebridge, passing stunning river views. Camel Creek Family Theme Park is less than 3 miles away, while the famous ‘Seven Bays for Seven Days’ are all within 6 miles.
