This pristine 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has 1,725 square feet in 2 stories with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to Hole 3 of the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course.

Master Bedroom: enjoy serenity in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent master bath with his/her vanities. Sip your morning coffee on the 2nd story master private lanai which overlooks the peaceful golf course.

Upstairs Bedroom: private bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Unique bunk bed with full on top of two twin beds (sleeps 3-4 comfortably; perfect for a family or kid room). Having a large closet makes this a perfect space for a couple or to ensure kids are nearby.

Downstairs Bedroom: private bedroom with adjacent bathroom. King bed and is a perfect spot to separate from the group.

Bonus Room: on the second level, this space is designed for the working household. A desk with monitor and keyboard means you can quickly plug in without losing a beat. Just promise that you won’t work too hard! High speed internet on a mesh network ensures you have the proper bandwidth to stay connected as you need. Twin futon for the casual nap or the snorer in the group!

Kitchen: new spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. 30 bottle wine fridge. New dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient. Start your morning with a coffee from a full pot or Keurig, blend your mid-day smoothie before decanting your favorite wine for dinner. Kitchenaid with pasta attachments, rice cooker and many more appliances to make your gourmet meals in paradise.

Outdoor Living: eat meals outside on the large patio table. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely, or to do yoga in a private setting. Outdoor propane Viking grill to grill the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market. Relax in Zero Gravity chairs while you watch the sunset.

Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated to 85 degrees year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is 100 steps away – we’ve counted! Also 100 steps away is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.

Other: washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. 2 cots and 1 pack ‘n play for flexible sleeping arrangements. Kid high chair and 3 car booster seats. High speed internet on a mesh network. Big Island Fun
We had two families staying here with 4 kids under the age of 7. This place had a great location. The market across the street was walkable and had alol the things you would need.Many great beaches within 15 minute drive. The Hilton Day pass was also great with the Lagoon and pool with water slides.

Excellent holiday!
Our family had a wonderful holiday here and Matt was a great host. We started our holiday in Kona for a few days and then joined other family members here. The house was perfect, the grounds beautiful. Very quiet and private in November. Convenient to walk to the sandy beach while the boys were diving near Kona and the shopping centres were across the street. We rented the van as well, and there were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage and even a floatie for our toddler and insulated bags for our cold drinks. We made a few runs to Costco - the most affordable option to stock the kitchen. We tried out multiple beautiful beaches, had a day over to the lush Hilo area (Akaka and Rainbow Falls, Volcano Centre down south), and a trip to see the sunset and stars on the volcano one night.

This property is exactly as described and even better in person! Above & beyond amenities in every room! Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook and we did prepare meals everyday. Pots, pans, baking pans, spices, 2 different coffeemakers, tea kettle, utensils. Bathrooms very clean, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup remover cloths, plenty of towels and all 3 bathrooms were spacious. A/C was appreciated, lanais were relaxing, chairs enough for 8 at both indoor & outdoor dining. Perfect bed configuration for our group, beds were a little too firm. Living room recliner couches were so comfortable but only allowed for 5 to sit at a time. The WBV is quiet, not a party complex. We enjoyed coffee on the lanais in the mornings listening to the birds. Noise from the golf course was minimal. A Bay beach was super close, complex pool literally a 100 step walk away. Excellent amenities included golf clubs, beach umbrellas, beach chairs & boogie boards. There was also baby equipment like stroller etc. Snorkel gear was also provided for use. There was clear and comprehensive info for every aspect of house use. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Highly recommend!

A magical stay
We instantly fell in love with this property. The three bedrooms provided privacy and space, the kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything a person could need including spices, small touches (chocolates, welcome sign) made us feel at home. Perfect for the seven of us!
Matt and Sara are great hosts and the on island cleaners were great as well. There were 7 of us. 2 Couples and 3 boys. The unit is well located on the island making it a good base. The house was clean and well stalked with many of the extra things that make traveling to an island easier like coolers, snorkel gear, body boards, beach chairs, etc. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to the big island.

Great location and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation from several snorkel gears, inflatables, beach chairs, umbrellas, even a chair that converts to a wagon to carry all the stuff to oil, spices, pots and pans in the kitchen. The back porch looks over a golf field and it was absolutely peaceful and serene for morning coffees and breakfasts. The kids had their own room stocked with legos and didn’t want to stop playing. A couple of minor issues the microwave door was really hard to open and there was no body lotion in any of the bathrooms. Luckily we had packed our own. The downstairs bathroom had conditioner filled in the body wash bottle which was probably the cleaners mistake but we were able to find body wash and an empty bottle upstairs that we could use. Highly recommend this property for families visiting Big Island.

One of the best VRBO I stayed over the years! Everything was great and the communication was quick and smooth! One note on renting the SUV is make sure you plan out your last day with the return time of vehicle, which is the same as your check-out time.

Excellent place in an excellent area. Especially if you enjoy beaches. This house is extremely well appointed, it had everything we needed. They even left us a welcome box of Hawaiian chocolates! Honestly I thought the house looked better in person than it did in the pictures. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Hawaii.

This was the most beautiful Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been to dozens of places. The house is clean, elegant, well equipped and so organized! I was very grateful to do laundry and the house has an awesome location to beautiful beaches and a big shopping center across the street. The kids ended each day in the beautiful pool where they found many kids to play with! This is a luxury home and it was a privilege to stay here!

Absolute Perfection
We've stayed in many beach condos of similar price ranges across the US and this was by far the cleanest, most well-stocked, and best organized. We own rentals of our own and we took lots of notes of ideas to implement in our properties! It was so easy to feel at home here. The home and grounds are so beautiful. We started every morning on the lanai listening to the birds and watching the geckos and mongooses. The hosts clearly know what they are doing- literally, every possible guest need has been considered and addressed. Matt's communication was very fast and very helpful. Don't stress about researching anything- just follow all his suggestions in his welcome packet and you'll have a fantastic visit to the Big Island. We rented the Acura and it was so convenient to have that as an option to explore the island.

Immaculate, very well stocked, best location in Waikoloa.
Very well stocked with everything you could need. Most furniture is great condition and up to date. We were very pleased with the property and the location. As we drove around the island, we were happy we chose to stay in Waikoloa Village. The villa was immaculate, up to date and everyone was very comfortable. My only complaints were that we found pincher bugs everywhere. Even though this house is very, very clean, because of the climate and location, you can't escape the insects and you will see pincher bugs throughout the home, all over the floor, in drawers, and climbing up the walls. You may even wake up to a roach on the floor in the middle of the night like I did. This is no fault of the owners, and you will probably find this everywhere on the island. Also, we used the BBQ, but it would fill the house with smoke each time and this is a non-smoking property. If you have any smokers in your group, stay somewhere else. You will be charged cleaning fees if they find out anyone smokes, even if you don't smoke in the unit. There were little issues like the remotes and TVs didn't work on the second floor, but the owner is very responsive, and if you reach out, he will get back to you right away to resolve any issues. We just ended up being too busy to watch tv, so we didn't let the owner know about this issue until we left. The car is very nice and such a great option to add on. There are a lot of things within walking distance, but it's not a short walk, and it's very humid. You will want a car! You will have to arrange other transportation to and from the airport, this car stays on the property. We were a little disappointed that the Hilton Day Pass and Golf discounts were not available as advertised. Those were some of the sales points that pushed this property to the top of our list, but the owner didn't have those discounts available any longer. The owner did however give us other ideas for how to get golf discounted and I found a discount for the Hilton elsewhere, so it worked out well. Overall, we loved staying and the Waikoloa Beach Villas and loved visiting the Big Island.

This property has everything that we were looking for and more. The owners have really made sure that you have everything that you need for a great stay, from providing shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers, an abundance of coffee, condiments in the fridge, down to beach toys and chairs. The home came with everything we possibly could have needed. The location was perfect, right across from Queens Shopping Center, and is roughly 30 minutes from Kona and within easy driving distance of food, beaches and activities. Matt was incredibly responsive to any inquiries I had prior to our stay and during it. The check-in and check-out process was so easy and stress free, and they really go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations for anything from transportation to activities. They also have the option to rent their SUV for an extremely reasonable price, which was phenomenal during a time when rental cars are scare. If we ever come back to the Big Island, this is definitely where we will stay again!

This house was the perfect fit for our large family. The owners put a lot of thought into how they could make the stay as comfortable as possible, the place was fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, even ziploc bags. There were even Legos, which made my daughter ecstatic!! They had beachtowels, all kinds of beach equipment, even a wagon that converted into a beach chair for hauling stuff back and forth to the beach, which was a lifesaver!! Loved having the lanai with barbecue and outdoor sink. We would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful place to stay
We have always stayed in Kona but this condo changed our mind. The location across the street from Queen's Marketplace was perfect for Hawaiian goods shopping and extra groceries. The Bistro inside the theater has an enclosed outdoor patio and the food was surprising good and reasonably priced. A-bay is a short walk to watch the sunset. The condo was immaculately clean and peaceful. We never heard any of our neighbors and the kids loved finding gecko's in the back grassy yard. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of condiments in cupboard and frig. The laminated notes around the house were extremely helpful in locating anything you could possibly need. Loved the pictures inside the kitchen cupboards which made it easy to put everything back in the same place. The 3 person bunk bedroom was perfect for our grandkids. We pull out a pad and had our 3 year old sleep on the floor so all 4 kids slept together and had their own bathroom. We took advantage of the Acura rental. In the past the rental car companies didn't always have a large SUV even though we booked one. There was peace of mind knowing the Acura would be there, especially this year with the car rental shortage. Matt, the owner, is a wonderful host. Very organized, professional and responsive to any questions or comments we had. Best Matt tip: Order your groceries from Safeway before you fly in. We scheduled a pickup at 2pm the day before Thanksgiving and it was ready and so easy. The fruit and vegetables were extremely fresh. You can also pay to get them delivered to condo although we picked them up ourselves since we had time before check in. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from airport. Mahalo Matt and family! We look forward to renting from you again.
