"We got a call from the motel at about 3:30pm asking us when we would arrive. When we arrived the office door was locked and I had to ring the bell. The exterior of the motel was neatly kept and looked freshly painted. Our room was freshly painted. When we tried to use the tv the remote wouldn't work and when I picked up the phone to call the desk, the phone was dead.
