I woke up with bed bug bites on my hands and the front desk said they were going to refund my room and as I can see that has not been done and no one still has got back with me regarding this matter! I understand things like this happen but communication is the key here and assurance of a solution and a clean stay at a facility is they key here!

Nice place with very friendly staff. Perfect for University business. The property is rehabbed and fresh but the age of the building creates some issues.
