"Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. "A very pleasant stay. Nice room and great food. I’ve spent one night there. The internet works perfectly and who doesn’t like a well prepare schnitzel as meal? I would stay there again when I get to this area. Service excellent and lovely view at the area around. I would recommend to all. "

"The hotel was much larger than we expected for the small town of Herrieden, but it was a very nice stay. The breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the scrambled eggs! The room was comfortable, but could use air conditioning in the warmer months. We look forward to coming back!"
