We had dinner in their restaurant and the food was remarkably good, topped only by extremely attentive and swift service. My husband used the gym, which is on the smaller side but brand new, Rooms are quiet, mattress was excellent and firm - we slept very well. Overall a superb hotel in the hills above the Rhine. "The room is nice, if small, with a rainwater shower, also nice and very clean. Wonderful coffee in the room, maybe the best I've ever had in a hotel (Nescafe, with delicious Italian espresso pods). Staff very friendly and helpful, though I had limited interactions. The main downside: it is not that close to the airport -- supposedly one can walk (or take a public bus) from Terminal 2 but Terminal 2 is already a shuttle ride away from the other terminals. So this really means taking a taxi from Terminal 1, which is 15-20 euros each way (for a 5 minute ride), and just a bit of a hassle when you wanted an airport hotel (Hilton is actually IN the airport, this really is not convenient like that)."

"Convenient is the best way to describe this hotel. Getting off a long haul flight and just a short walk to a comfortable, clean and quiet hotel to rest. You have all the amenities close by including pharmacy, grocery, coffee and restaurants all under one roof. To get a good nights rest to being just steps away from the high speed train station below to take you to wherever you need to go. Definitely one of the top hotel stays."
