Beautiful Country Home with Hot Tub & Pool Table

This spacious contemporary home is the prefect Vermont retreat and can accommodate multiple families. Features include a large living room with cathedral ceilings and a stone fireplace, brand new hot tub, a pool table and an outdoor fire pit with plenty of lawn space. It is located just minutes from Blueberry lake and Warren Village, and a short drive to the rest of the Mad River Valley, making this an ideal location for hikers, bikers, skiers or anyone who loves to sit by a cozy fire.

Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours.

Shady Tree Rd is a quiet neighborhood full of single family homes. Please respect the neighbors by driving slowly on the road and keeping noise to a minimum during the evening/night hours.

Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

This is a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom sunny open floor plan home. You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of a few locked storage closets and the shed.

There are three security cameras on the property: A doorbell camera on the front door looking at the driveway, a camera on the side porch looking at the trash cans and lawn, one on the back of the house looking over the rear lawn portion towards the woods.

A personal vehicle is required in the Mad River Valley. There is very little reliable public transportation. Snow tires and 4WD always advised in winter. Local plowing occurs when they can get to it that day. Please be understanding this is Vermont and conditions are unpredictable.
