The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. Thankfully the smell of the lobby only lingers into the hallways, from what I witnessed was caused by cussing staff dragging leaking garbage.The convenience of side entrances are not secured by any means. We travel with safety in mind and I did not even feel safe going out to my car unless I had my firearm on my person at all times. I’ve stayed at quality hotels in the past and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been at, I would expect this from the super 8 next doors! We had to travel into a town for a funeral and thought this would be our best option. Despite our circumstances of funeral arrangements and choosing to leave early the hotel management would not extend us a refund! Buyers beware, if you attempt to checkout early at all you will still be charged for your entire trip!

C Heck in took longer than expected. But front desk person was helpful and courteous. Room was good. Beds very very comfortable. Softest sheets and great pillows. Bathrooms could use a little attention. Clean but could use some paint and a new shower curtain. It was stained with something pink. Shower curtain rod rusty as well. However floors, carpet, counters and sinks looked newer and were nice.

It was an old hotel that had been painted so Many times you could see multiple colors in the chipped walls. The bathrooms had mold in the shower and the towels were so rough they irritated your skin. The building had a bad smell everywhere. I will never stay there again

Caution!

Do not stay here. Just because it’s a Quality Inn does not guarantee a good room. This place is a dump, literally. Rooms need repair, bad smells in the hallway, the outside of the building needs major maintenance and landscaping. It looks like it’s not in business. Quality Inn needs to shut these guys down.

Staff is rarely at the desk. The hallways and stairway have an awful stentch. The bathroom was filthy. Walls have stains on them. The bag in the ice bucket had been used and placed back on the tray dirty. The ice bucket was dirty. The ice machine has a scooper that falls on the floor. There were cup stains from the previous guest on the night stand. The patio is deplorable. Just a few old tables, no umbrellas. Outside looks very sketchy. The best thing is that the property is walking distance from Wal-Mart so you can go putchase cleaning supplies and clean washclothes.

Quality is an oxymoron

This motel is probably the WORSE motel I have ever stayed in. First, as you arrive you see that the outside property had not been maintained. The grass needs to be mowed and the weeds need to be taken out. Inside, there is NO agent at the check in desk. You have to use a phone, dial 0, tell them what you want and then wait for someone to come to the desk. When I was checking out no one would answer the phone so I wrote a note on a paper plate and left it on the desk. In the room, one of the lights by the bed did not work. I told someone at the desk, after calling them, and she said it would be fixed the next day. It was not. Our room was not cleaned. Originally, we had only three tissue papers in the bathroom and this was never replaced. The breakfast was minimal and some of the very small pastries were old. Everything on the motel was old and looked unclean. All in all I will NEVER use a Quality Inn again. Actually the word QUALITY in relation to this place is an oxymoron!
