We have had the privilege of visiting the establishment numerous times with our entire family, including our grandchildren, who cherished their time in Warsaw. Victoria Hotel became our sanctuary in Poland, a place that we will forever hold in our hearts and revisit in memories and future travels. It is imperative that we acknowledge the exceptional contributions of several hostesses, including Ms. Julia Turek and Agata as well as Inga Gorna, Martina Mazurek and Alessandra Grzelak, who oversaw a dedicated professional staff that provided unparalleled service. Their anticipatory approach, rather than reactive, met our needs with remarkable skill. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the kitchen personnel, particularly Ms. Bozena and Agnieszka, who consistently provided delectable local cuisine. Their dishes were prepared with utmost skill and complimented by world-class presentation and taste. Our grandchildren have developed a deep affection for the country of their grandparents. "Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location is not central, but trams and buses run frequently and take you to any part of the city within about 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased through the jakdojade app, but require the nuisance step of first depositing at least a minimum amount -- roughly equivalent to 6–8 rides -- into a prepaid "wallet". These tickets need to be validated through the QR codes on buses and trams. I liked the bistro cross the road and the Krym restaurant a few minutes away. Gorgeous parks right at the hotel. One caveat: my room was facing the back and was quiet, especially with the window closed; rooms on the opposite side face a major intersection and might be noisier."

"Had an amazing stay at Metropol. It was right by the Palace of science and culture bldg and old town is just about 15 min walk. very convenient and lots of restaurant , shopping around. hotel staff were excellent, they hold our bags since we arrive early morning and checking was at 2 pm. They had amazing drinking water machine (hot, cold and sparkling) by the elevator and hot water pot, big glass jug were helpful. Very clean hotel, comfy bed and decent size room based on what we paid. Overall great and we would stay next time.. thank you!"
