“The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up.
Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there.
The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find.
I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏”

“If looking for something to improve, it would be the television amenity. I had difficulties utilizing the apps that were programmed. Outside of that, the staff was helpful with resolving any and all issues or providing assistance I needed. The hotel location was ideal for walking and transit. Lastly, I felt the room design along with the general hotel ambiance, created a vibe that genuinely complemented the downtown Berlin area.”
