“Clean . New. Didn't like the fact my door was knocked on at 1100am saying I had to check out when my reservation said noon. The gentleman was rude. And rushed me out of there going so far as to follow me to the office and basically telling me to leave. Very unprofessional. That needs to get cleaned up. Nice place otherwise”

“This hotel is poor. Nothing like the advertisements. It is dingy,dark, noisy. The traffic from outside is overwhelming loud and I was on the quiet side. The bathroom is horrible with no place to put anything. The sink constantly drips. I could not take a shower since there is a column halfway along the tub. I could not get in to the tub. The window is filthy and partially open behind the dirty inner window. The patch on the ceiling Is very visible and crumbling. The homeless people gather all……

“因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。”

“For a contactless check-in method, the staff were very accessible -easy to communicate with; the method was great. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. I met the owners and staff the morning after I checked in (late @ 11:45pm). They couldn't have been more hospitable. I stayed at the Walnut Inn out of necessity, attending a friend's father's funeral, and the Inn could not have been a better place for me to stay. I can imagine others enjoying it for its warmth, decor (fresh……

“Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely……
