The room was advertised as wheelchair accessible. It had no accessible features, no grab bars for toilet, bed was very high and therefore unusable. We complained and were shown another "accessible" room that was just as bad. Finally we took a suite, not billed as accessible, that had a small loveseat my spouse was able to sleep on. She spent three nights on the couch while I slept alone in the bed. Expedia gave us an opportunity to voice our concerns to the property manager; we never got a response. This hotel lied to us and misled us. They are trying to pass off regular rooms as accessible. If they'd been honest with us, we would have booked elsewhere and they wouldn't be getting a two-star review. If you don't have disabilities this place is okay -- clean, good bed (if you can get into it), decent breakfast included, ample parking. There were some issues with hot water.
