The house was clean and well stocked and pictures were accurate. It was cold while we were there but the outside area looked like a perfect place to relax in the evenings during warmer weather. The house was in a perfect location to easily access the shopping and dining Georgetown has to offer. There is no parking spot included but we were able to easily find street parking as needed during the day or overnight and there are several garages a short walk away for when we needed to keep the car in one place for longer than 2 hours (street parking in limited to 2 hours until 9pm each evening). It added a little extra cost but was not anything outrageously expensive. Also important to note that the 3rd bedroom is in a basement type apartment - it's accessible through the main house (you don't have to go through a separate entrance) but if you were traveling with all small children, might be a bit of logistical challenge. Our older children are teens so it was a perfect space for them to share with their lounge area and TV, bathroom and bedroom. Our soon is headed to Georgetown University next fall and we will definitely consider renting again when traveling as an entire family! ##### Crystal H. We are a family of 4 - we had plenty of space in this well appointed property located a short stroll from the centre of town. The basement is a self contained unit and was very much appreciated by our 17 year old son!Overall it was a great stay. One niggle: the online check-in is cumbersome. Three forms of picture id were required and it didn’t work despite several attempts. The manager’s primary platform is not VRBO and this added time - links did not work and it was more complicated than it needed to be. Great location, walked everywhere. Beautiful home, well appointed, comfortable beds, clean and the water pressure in the showers kept us in there a bit longer, it was amazing. Very attentive rental staff, every concern was answered immediately. We had the wrong coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and they delivered the correct ones within a few hours along with a drip coffee maker, filters and ground coffee. The only downside was parking. Two of us are not good walkers, so exploration on foot - although certainly possible for many travelers - was not an option. Between my mother and my kids our ages ranged from 20-93\. The townhouse was lovely, very comfortable and well stocked and perfect for our needs.
