Our host Chris was exceptional. She urged us to rent a car which really was a must due to the terrain and in order to visit the many beaches and other areas. She was also super helpful with ideas of places to visit and restaurants. ”

“We had an amazing time. Great location if you want to be able to go to Redhook and take transportation to St. John’s or pick up a guided tour of the BVI‘s. The property was laid out nicely. We loved the location and preferred the residence side to the hotel side personally, but it was nice to have the option of going to the hotel as well. “The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? “The room was very clean. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need (utensils, plates, glassware etc.). The view was amazing. The hotel grounds were so clean. The staff was courteous. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. They had activities throughout the day to keep you occupied, some free some for a small fee. My only con was the restaurant, it was ok. Food was good but not amazing. ”
