“Honestly, it does not matter what I say about this place, it won’t be good enough. We lost our oldest son in a car wreck 3 years ago and vowed to get our 5 boys and their family’s together at least every other year. Rare Breed was amazing and way better than expected. We could have stayed at the house for 5 days and had enough to do for our family, ages 1 to 88. We were close to so many things to do, zipline, ATV, horseback riding, mazes, escape rooms. “This was such a beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect for us. The fact that there was a pool and pickle ball court on the resort grounds was really special. The clubhouse had a pool table, and shuffle board with ping pong tables outside. There were floats there to use in the pool too. All the amenities were exceptionally nice and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable as well. We will definitely go back and probably stay at the same place. There was a thunder storm one night and……

“We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations! This house has everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean and the host communicated well throughout our whole trip. We texted him one night and told him the hot tub water had an odor(our fault bc we weren’t putting chlorine in it) and he had someone there early the next morning draining and refilling it. Can’t ask for better service. Some of the other reviews mentioned the fishing pond being mossy…my kids were a little bummed at……

“The Skyview Lodge home is absolutely beautiful, and the views are wonderful. My husband and I had a relaxing 2 night stay. It is perfect for couples or families. I spent hours enjoying the outside decks - even watched LSU baseball win the College World Series from our laptop on the deck. Geaux Tigers!!!We especially loved the stone shower! We will definitely be back! This is a perfect almost halfway point from our home in north Louisiana to Fayetteville to visit our daughter and her husband. ”
