Not worth the money!

The room felt like a sauna when I first walked in. They don't leave the Air Conditioning going at all. So I had to wait for the room to go from over 100 degrees to comfortable before I could relax.

Had a mini fridge & microwave in room. Mud room flooring, so appropriate for working men. King bed was very comfortable. However, very dated facility. The owner? manager? was not overly enthusiastic. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door despite DND sign & then did not clean the room at all after I left for an appointment at 10:15 AM, despite seeing me depart (guess I shouldn't have ignored them earlier? Taught me didn't they?). Good news. No sign of roaches or bed bugs. BTW, there is a nice, new Quality Inn up the road. Will probably stay there next time. NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNT! Oh, did I mention the 3 trains a night?

I stayed during the Masters. There was a few loud rooms. Loud trains very close by during the night. Room needed updating, bedding was worn out. Would not stay there again.

Horrible "customer service"

Horrible service. Took office staff 3 attempts to get reserved room booked correctly, trash in room from previous guest, maid walked into room without knocking while dressing, and when the fact was pointed out to her she just stated, "I'm just doing my job. Requested items that were never delivered (toilet paper) and microwave only worked part of the time. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Less than a mile from local jail.

Ridiculous and horrible "customer service"

Horrible customer service, dirty room with trash left from prior customers, microwave only worked part of the time, maid service walked in without knocking while dressing and when it was pointed out to her she just said, "I'm just doing my job". Office clerk incompetent and took 3 attempts to complete the transaction for the reserved room. Less than a mile from the local jail.

Not the worst place I've stayed

Train tracks very near the airport - and the trains come at various hours through the evening and night. I also heard people moving around and cars starting throughout the night. When I went to bed, there were at least a half dozen vehicles in the parking lot; when I woke up at six, I was the only one left. Not the worst place I've stayed, but if you have options, you may want to consider them.

A cheap place to stay

When I arrived. I was insulted by the male personal who was at the desk. The room was nice and comfortable, was close to everything, and was very low priced. I will not recommended Liberty Inn to nobody.
